Directions to Aiken Field are as follows.
From Route 79 South:
Take Route 79 South to Route 279 North.
Go approximately 3.25 miles and take Exit 4A, Green Tree/Mt. Lebanon.
The exit has three lanes. Get in the center lane, and turn left onto Green
Tree Road.
Stay in the right lane on Green Tree Road.
Go approximately .35 miles to a stop light.
Fred L. Aiken Elementary School is on the right side at the light.
Turn right into the school parking lot.
Bear right.
Aiken Field is behind the school.
From Downtown Pittsburgh (Fort Pitt Tunnels):
Take Route 279 South towards the airport.
Go past the first exit (towards Banksville and Uniontown).
Take the second exit marked for Parkway Center Mall.
Continue straight on the ramp until the traffic light. This will be Green
Tree Road.
Turn left onto Green Tree Road.
At the next light (approximately 50 yards), turn left into the parking lot
of Aiken Elementary School.
Bear right.
Aiken Field is behind the school.
From Washington Road (Route 19 North):
Turn left onto Cochran Road.
Go past Mt. Lebanon High School to the bottom of the hill.
At the bottom of the hill, continue on Cochran Road (slight jog to the
right).
From this point, stay on Cochran for about 1.2 miles, then turn right onto
Green Tree Road (Route 121 North). Max and Erma's is on the right.
Continue on Green Tree Road for 2.6 miles. Stay in the right lane. You will
cross over Route 279.
At the stop light (after 2.6 miles), Fred L. Aiken Elementary School will be
on the right.
Turn right into the school parking lot.
Bear right.
Aiken Field is behind the school.
Aiken School is immediately before Parkway Center Mall.
